Objectives
The objective of this project is to develop a web-based Course Folder Automation system to help universities meet NCEAC compliance standards. It streamlines course documentation, enables secure role-based access, and automates the submission, review, and approval of required academic components.
Socio-Economic Benefit
This system reduces paperwork, saves administrative time, and lowers operational costs by digitizing academic documentation. It also promotes transparency, supports educational quality, and aligns with national digital transformation goals in higher education.
Methodologies
The project follows a structured software development lifecycle, starting from requirement gathering and system design to front-end and back-end development. It incorporates testing, deployment, and user feedback to ensure functionality, usability, and compliance with academic standards.
Outcome
The project delivers a fully functional web-based system for automated course folder management aligned with NCEAC requirements. It enables secure logins, organized documentation, real-time tracking, PDF generation, and efficient coordination among faculty and administrators.
