About the role
Responsibilities:
Develops software solutions, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear structured code.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Meeting expectations of development manager and clients with brainstorming and effective discussion on software projects.
Designing new software programs, websites, and applications.
Assigning tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging, and analytics. Liaison with teams working remotely.
Writing advanced programming code, and its consolidation/integration.
Following project timelines and tasks.
Writing development reports and procedures.
